In response to the 4/6/24 story “Public accuracy tests give officials, election judges confidence,” not having the same amount of column inches to dispute statements made, I’ll just address some of the simpler ones.

I’ve attended two of these so called “Accuracy Test,” including the one on 2/28/24, prior to the primary. Each machine was operated by two election judges. Three different decks of ballots were fed through each machine. Two decks of approximately 36 ballots each for the Republican and Legal Marijuana Now parties and approximately 81 ballots for the Democratic Party.
